Thank you for visiting Scientific Victoria. We are a small organization that focuses on the connection between science and politics in Victoria, British Columbia. This eight minute radio interview provides a good introduction to the organization.

We are active in several policy areas, including Wi-Fi in schools, land application of biosolids and indoor tanning regulations. We also foster discussion by supporting presentations about science-related topics (for example, we co-sponsored Robert Whitaker’s recent appearance).
